What are the benefits of joining the FitWellHR Community?

Our HR Community offers HR professionals of all levels and types information on our job opportunities before they get posted broadly in the market and direct contact about position that fit your next right career step. In addition, have access to information, resources, support, encouragement and professional development opportunities. We’ll offer tools to help you find the right fit for your next opportunity.

The support of our Community does not end once you start in the new role. As a Community Member, we’ll stay connected so that you continue to have access to expert resources from our Network Membership is free, the information you provide will be kept confidentially until you give us permission to share, and you can opt-out at any time.

Do I need to schedule an interview?

An interview is not necessary until you apply for a specific position. Having an introductory meeting or phone call if you’ve not met us before is a good idea to establish a relationship, but it’s not a requirement.

I’m looking for a temporary/contract position. Can you assist me?

Certainly. We specialize in fining temporary (aka “contract”) positions. Temporary assignments will be identified as such on our job postings. When selected to fill a temporary position, you’ll become employed (W-2 basis) by FitWellHR, work under the direction of the client company, and get support from us as needed. Opportunities that are temp to direct will be identified as such.

If I provide my information, what assurance do I have you will keep it confidential?

As HR professionals, we understand and adhere to strict confidentiality protocol when handling HR community member, applicant and employee data. Our Privacy policy describes in detail our commitment to protecting the data provided to us.

What industries, types of companies and geographic areas do you serve?

The employers we serve are of all types, industries and sizes. Our client work locations served are generally based in Western Washington at this time, but Central and Eastern Washington work locations are possible.

Will my resume or profile be forwarded without my knowledge or permission?

No. We will not submit you resume or profile for consideration by a client employer without speaking to you first to share the opportunity and discuss your interest in the opportunity.

Who pays your fees?

For all services we provide, our client pays for the fees associated with our services. Membership in our HR Community is available to you free of charge.

Whose payroll will I be on?

That depends on the type of service being provided. For direct hire placements, you will be hired by the client company. For temporary assignments you will employed by FitWellHR. If the arrangement is temp to direct, you will be initially hired by FitWellHR, then converted to direct employment with the client should that be the mutual decision made after the period of temporary employment.

Do I need to join the FitWellHR Community to apply for a position?

No, but once you apply for a position, we’re offering you will become a member of our community and receive all the benefits of membership, free of charge of course. You can opt-out at any time if you no longer to wish to receive communications or information from us.
