After a conversation to listen and understand the needs of the position and your organization, we’ll conduct a search and present qualified HR professionals who have been assessed for best fit.
This is a successful outcomes-based service, so we don’t earn the engagement fee until a candidate we present is offered and accepts employment with your organization.
Designed for senior level, executive or hard to fill positions, a retained search engagement can be a preferred option. Enhanced discretion and a multi-factor assessment process ensure the right candidates are vetted and presented. Retained search communicates to candidates the added importance of the position to your organization. Placements are guaranteed for a for the first 90 calendar days of employment. Prior to initiating engagement, a down payment of the engagement fee will be invoiced and considered non-refundable if qualified candidates are presented but position is not filled.
For positions and organizations that prefer not to use the retained search option, contingent search is an alternative. We’ll work hard and fast to find the right fit and present candidates for your consideration. This option does not include a placement guarantee.
When it makes sense to work together for a while on a conditional basis prior to a direct hire decision. We’ll find a candidate that fits based on your requirements and employ them on our payroll for a period of at least 30 days. If an offer of direct employment is made and accepted, our Direct Hire engagement fee will be discounted based on the length of the conditional employment period.

This option allows you to broaden your applicant pool by posting your job with us for broadcast to our HR community.
We’ll forward to you all applicants for handling in your recruitment process. If an applicant provided through us who had not previously applied for the same position directly with you accepts your offer, we’ll invoice you for a discounted service fee less a credit for the job posting fee you paid.
A temporary staffing solution, sometimes referred to as a “contract” assignment, used when an organization has a vacancy to fill (e.g. FMLA leave or incumbent departure) for a period of time, needs a quick transitional replacement or has specific projects that need to be done.

The service fee is included in an hourly billing rate set by agreement based upon the required compensation level of the professional selected.
An HR staffing service providing your organization with a dedicated HR professional from our team for a fixed monthly fee. This service model works well for organizations without internal HR support, unsure of what level or type of HR support is needed, or as a supplemental resource to support an internal HR person or role.

Service levels are determined by a jointly developed work plan and can be increased or decreased over time as needed. Fee varies by agreed upon amount of time and service level. This service model can also be used on a project or as needed basis with the service fee quoted for the specific project engagement or the applicable individual’s billing rate.
